Change.
It comes so suddenly, so sharply that it's shocking.
Life is just gonna pick up pace from here. I'd better be up to it.

If you dunno what's happening in this post then just know that things have changed so much for me so far this year, it's unbelievable.
Hope everyone's doing fine and enjoying life's every moment as much as I am.

all this apply here apply there crap is getting more stressful as the days pass. somehow i'm looking forward to booking back in =\ you dont have so much on your mind, just go there and listen to instructions and get whacked only. seems like a much better deal than wracking your mind trying to crap about yourself =\
1430pm.
Oh well. It was bound to come sooner or later anyway.
All ready for it.

Greetings again from Japan, aka the tall-people-unfriendly land.
No joke I hit my head exactly 7 times in my 7 days here. Four times on the wooden struts in the ryokan in Hakone (pronounced ha-ko-nay) that we stayed in (a ryokan is a traditional japanese home, those you see with people kneeling down for meals on cushions, with those checkered wooden doors etc...) twice on toilet doors and once on a shuttle bus.
Anyway things have turned for the better, the day we left the last hotel at Kawaguchiko (when I was complaining about the dreary weather, cf previous post) it cleared and finally Mt Fuji showed itself so I managed to get a few shots (ok more like 79 photos of it -_-). After which we took a hectic train ride (changing trains 3 times with gaps of 6-10 mins in between trains), met up with my second aunt and cousin, and headed for ski grounds at Shigakogen, Nagano.
Past few days have been crazy, braving temperatures of -8 deg celsius and winds of up to 20mph and heavy snowfall that's about 3 feet thick right now outside the window (thats about the length of my entire torso).
Spent yesterday skiing (skiing is NOT for tall people. WARNING if you are above 180cm and have a recently sprained ankle, DO NOT ATTEMPT) and falling (I dunno, at least 25 times or more? my dad din't do much better he's only about 4cm shorter than I am). Definitely fun but it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing for me (my ankle is gg'ed again but lucky not sprained). I'm just counting my lucky stars that nothing's broken, my fingers and toes haven't fallen off and overall, I'm still okay.
Blizzard came this morning (I mean the snow one, not the people who make your World of Warcraft), we shrugged it off and went to monkey-park. It's this place about halfway down the mountain where there's hotsprings and snow monkeys.

yeah somewhere here. Cant be bothered to resize photos cos its a pain especially with my dad's laptop touchpad with no picture resizer and no photoshop. Snow monkeys were funny with their weird antics.
Leaving ski grounds for some dunnowhatplace Kusatsu tomorrow. Be back in Singapore I think Sunday? See you guys around!

Hello from Japan!
Weather's bad over here, really cloudy, supposed to be able to see Mt Fuji really clearly but cloud cover's really thick and low so no Mt Fuji :( rain's not helping things either
so here we are stuck in the hotel lobby waiting for the weather to clear. Weatherman promises better weather tomorrow so hoping for the best.
Will upload photos once I reach home (though the clouds these few days dont really allow for many photo opportunities..)
miss you people in singapore, see you soon.
